21 days notice in writing is required if you wish to change to another course. No refunds can be given. If you have paid a deposit only, remainder of course fees must be paid 21 days before your course begins. If you are late in paying the remainder of course fees, someone else will take your place and you will not be able to attend the course date you originally chose. Full fee paying students can also take your place on the course you have chosen if the course becomes ‘fully booked’ before the 21 day rule applies. Your deposit will be carried forward to the next intake and cannot be refunded. You will be asked one more time to pay the remainder of course fees, failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. If in doubt, always pay the full fee to avoid dissapointment. The Opportunity to pay a deposit to reserve your course place is to help individuals who dont have the immediate funds to pay the course fees in full. We like to help where we can, but cannot guarantee a place unless all students pay in full.

We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with The London School of Films & Televisionn sites and services. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring Web site addresses.

The London School of Films & Television is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities.

Use of Cookies
The London School of Films & Television Web sites use “cookies”. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Flash and server logs and other basic information will be held in cookies.

Advertised Tutors and Courses
There will be times where the advertised tutor will not be available to run the course. This could be due to sickness, other professional engagements or un-forseen circumstances. However our replacement tutors are of the same standard as the advertised. Changes to course content may occur without notice, primarily this is to benefit the student, with new software, technology and training techniques to mutually benefit a group of students within the time frame of the course and to gain and overal improvement of achieving a better understanding of the subject.

Show-Reel Copyrights
On delivery of final product, all copyrights are retained by ‘The London Films & Television limited’ which will retain the right to use all footage for their own promotional purposes. This may include promotional use on any third party content providers.

How long will my show-reel be available on-line for me to download?
The show-reel ISO file, will be kept on the server for a maximum of 14 days (2 weeks) from the time you receive your personal welcome email with the username/password to access your show-reel download. After the 14 day period (2 weeks) the file will be automatically deleted from our server. It is your responsibility to make sure you download and make a DATA DVD or USB pen backup with-in the 14 days (in 2 weeks) period
